eSkills Guide

This section is jammed full of Tips and illustrated How-To guides on all the most common driving skills. Often taken for granted many of us develop bad habbits as we get more experienced, putting ourselves and other road users at risk.

More experienced road users have an opportunity to take on board skills and important points of safety often missed as a learner or P-plate driver, when concentration was dedicated to basic vehicle control.

How to Use The Guide

When you find something you could improve, don't try and do too much at once. Pick one area of your driving that needs improvement and focus on that area for a week. Then pick another. Pretty soon your driving will improve.

Learn to critique your own driving. Be honest. If you had a near miss recently, or you know you did something a little naughty, it may be time to reflect on what might have been if the situation were a little different.
